Tasmanian Ash

Tasmanian Ash is the lightest of the Eucalypt veneers ranging in colour from parchment to medium straw in colour, with a straight ribbon grain pattern.

Being a light colour veneer
Tasmanian ash will darken when exposed to ultraviolet light.

Lacquering systems with non-yellowing or ultraviolet filtering properties, will help to preserve the natural lightness of the veneer.

As Tasmanian Ash forms a small part of the output of Gunns
Veneers, it commands a slight price premium.
