Ethical & Responsible Decision Making

The Company recognises that ethical and responsible behaviour and decision making are fundamental to the integrity of the organisation and value to shareholders. The Board and senior management are charged with the responsibility of maintaining a culture of ethical behaviour in the Company’s business activities. Where appropriate, specific policies and procedures are issued by the Board to support this culture.

Health & Safety Responsibility

The Board has established a Committee with responsibility for oversight of Health, Safety and Sustainability (HSS).

This Committee has been established in recognition of the key relationship of management of Occupational Health and Safety and Sustainability to long term business sustainability.  The role of the Committee is to assist the Board in:

- Ensuring compliance with OHS and environmental regulation
- Providing a forum for communication between the Board and management in relation to HSS matters
